Cristíona Aston was born and raised on the West coast of Ireland and holds a BA in law. She began her career with Cassidy Law Solicitors in Dublin. She has always had an interest in human rights, was involved in a TEFL project in Africa and has organised various fundraising events, including one to deliver supplies to Georgian refugees in the winter of 2010 alongside the Irish Ambassador to Georgia. She also worked with UK based charity First Light Trust, which supports veterans of the armed forces and the blue light services.

Cristíona has long had a passion for fitness, health and wellness, and for many years has a parallel career in these areas, along with modelling and acting. Having lived in London for several years she recently moved back to Ireland and is now based in Co. Wicklow.
