is the chief Human Resources officer (CHRO) for Marsh. Prior to joining Marsh in 2017, Liz was executive vice president and senior Human Resources business partner for the Consumer Banking division at Citizens Bank, part of Citizens Financial Group. Previously, Liz was senior vice president of Human Resources for Genworth’s Insurance and Wealth Management division, and also served as senior vice president of Human Resources for Genworth’s US Mortgage Insurance division. She began her career at GE in a management-training program, and has been a leader in human resources, training and development, Six Sigma, and change management within the industrial, energy, business consulting, and financial services industries. Liz holds a BA in economics from Texas A&M University.
